Delete Your Nova2 Account

You can delete your Nova2 account (browser and mobile application) from here, or with the Delete account button on the application's login screen.

• After your request your account closes immediately, and it can no longer be logged into.
• Within 24–48 hours your account, all your characters, your items, your storage, your guild membership, your friend list and your market records are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
• Login and connection records are kept, because of a legal obligation, for the period stated in the Privacy Policy, and are erased afterwards.
• If your character is the leader of a guild, you must first hand the leadership over or disband the guild.
