1. Parties and scope

This agreement is between Nova2 [to be completed] ("Nova2", "we"), which operates the Nova2 game, its mobile application, the nova2.online website and all related services (the "Service"), and the person using the Service (the "Player", "you"). By creating an account or using the Service you declare that you have read and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

2. Age limit

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, the permission of your parent or guardian is required before creating an account. The parent or guardian is responsible for the minor's use of the Service and for any spending.

3. Account

• An account is personal. It may not be shared, sold or transferred.
• The information you give at registration must be correct. Your e-mail address is used for notices about your account and for recovery.
• You are responsible for the security of your password and your character deletion code. Actions taken on your account with your credentials are deemed to be yours.
• If you believe your account is being used without permission, change your password at once and let us know at [to be completed].

4. Virtual items and in-game currencies

The characters, items, yang, EP and all similar virtual content in the game ("Virtual Content") are the property of Nova2. You are granted only a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them within the Service and under these terms. Virtual Content cannot be converted into real money, cannot be sold outside the Service and creates no personal property right.

Paid Virtual Content (EP, for example) is digital content credited to your account the moment it is bought and performed immediately. For that reason, under article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once performance has begun with your consent. Legally mandatory cases and technical faults are reserved. For purchases made through an app store, that store's refund rules also apply.

5. Prohibited behaviour

The following are prohibited:

• Using cheats, bots, macros, auto-play software or any tool that modifies the game client, the network traffic or the server. The game's own auto hunt feature is not covered by this.
• Exploiting bugs and vulnerabilities, or failing to report them and sharing them with others.
• Buying or selling Virtual Content or accounts for real money or any other consideration.
• Harassing, threatening or insulting other players; sharing hate speech, obscene or unlawful content.
• Impersonating Nova2 staff, committing fraud, or trying to obtain other people's account credentials.
• Attempting to disrupt the operation of the Service (attacks, overload, spam).
• Advertising or directing people to other games and servers.

6. Sanctions

If behaviour contrary to these terms is found, depending on the seriousness of the breach we may issue a warning, restrict chat, take back unfairly obtained Virtual Content, suspend the account temporarily or close it permanently. No refund is made for Virtual Content on a permanently closed account. If you believe a sanction is wrong, you can appeal at [to be completed].

7. Status of the Service

Nova2 is in early access. The game content, its balance, its features and the Virtual Content may change. The Service may be interrupted temporarily for maintenance, updates or technical problems. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. If it is decided to shut the Service down entirely, we will announce this a reasonable time in advance.

8. Intellectual property

The software, images, sounds, texts, trade marks and logos in the Service, and all of its content, belong to Nova2 or to its licensors. They may not be copied, modified, distributed or reverse engineered without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses arising from your internet connection, device failure, the acts of third parties, or your failure to protect your account credentials. Liabilities that cannot be limited by law (such as intent and gross negligence) are reserved.

10. Deletion of the account

You can close your account and ask for it to be deleted at any time. You can do it right away with the "Delete account" button on the application's login screen or at nova2.online/hesap-silme; your account closes immediately and your data is deleted within 24-48 hours. Once the account is deleted, the characters and the Virtual Content cannot be restored. Records we are required by law to keep are kept for the period stated in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. We announce important changes in the game or on the website. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, you can close your account.

12. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer you may exercise your legal rights before the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court of your location.
